Diadem Institute of Advance Studies Lekki operates within the formal structures of the main school system, but it is nonetheless a different experience from school life experienced in Years 7 to 12 or (SS1-SS3) established to take young adult into the 21st Century where skills, attitude, intelligence, ability, focus, impact and analytical reasoning are inputs for outstanding greatness..
Philosophy:
Our basic philosophy is that the Sixth Form should provide for a period of transition between the wholly directed study of the Lower(Junior) and Upper(Senior)Schools and the more independent methods of study in Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE). We aim to provide a clear structure for students, together with the flexibility to allow students to develop their own learning methods. We believe that it is an advantage of the Sixth Form here that students are not simply left to find their own way, but are guided clearly and firmly counsel by professional staff of the institute not only to move them to the next level of higher studies in Nigeria and abroad but to align them in studying the appropriate course to make them a total child in the future.
E-Learning
The E-learning systems we provide enable students to complete training conveniently at off-hours or from home, either via On-line and Off-line learning. Human interaction is a vital ingredient to learning that is why the technology we provide enables students to surpass expectations.
Free Macbook Pro
We equip our students with state of the art personal computers (Apple Mac Book pros), so they can utilize the free 24hour Wi-Fi available to them in order to be on top of work at all times. Each student is given one as soon as they enroll on the first day of term. Small size classroom with air-conditions in a very conducive, serene learning environment based on teacher-student ratio of 1: 15.
